Penghui Xu received the B.S. degree from South China Agricultural University in 2015. He obtained his MSc degree in mechanical engineering in 2017 and his Ph.D. degree in 2025, both from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. During his doctoral studies, he was a visiting researcher at the Polytechnic University of Milan. After his master’s degree, he mainly worked in machine learning algorithm development. Currently, he is a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research interests include machine learning, GNSS urban localization, and multi-sensor integration for positioning.
