Dr. Haosheng Xu completes his PhD at IPNL

Congratulations to Dr. Haosheng Xu, who has completed his PhD in the Intelligent Positioning and Navigation Lab (IPNL) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

His thesis, “Sky Visibility Estimation Using Satellite Signals for Building Update Detection,” estimates sky visibility from GNSS satellite signals to detect changes in the urban building environment.
