talkEuropean tour March 2025: Munich Satellite Navigation Summit Session 4 Chair, Hannover invited talk, London visit

In late March 2025, Prof. Li-Ta Hsu undertook a week-long European trip covering three cities and two formal speaking roles.
Munich Satellite Navigation Summit, 26–28 March. Prof. Hsu chaired Session 4 — “Innovations Driven by Multi-Layer PNT” at the Munich Satellite Navigation Summit 2025 on Thursday 27 March (13:30–14:30). The 8-person panel under his chairing brought together navigation leaders from industry, government, and research: Oliver Wick (BMW), José A. del Peral Rosado (Airbus Defence and Space), Bruno Bougard (CTO, Septentrio), Ilaria Martini (uBlox), Winfried Stock (Bundeswehr Munich SpaceCom Labs), Christopher Mutschler (Fraunhofer IIS), and Patrick Robertson (Google Germany). The 2025 summit’s theme was “Resilient PNT — Backbone of Autonomy & Critical Infrastructure”.
Leibniz University Hannover (i.c.sens), 25 March. Prof. Hsu delivered a 90-minute invited talk — Bridging the Gap: High-Integrity GNSS RTK for Urban Robotics – Challenges and Potential Solutions — at the i.c.sens DFG Research Training Group, hosted by Prof. Steffen Schön’s group at Leibniz University Hannover. This was a continuation of the lab’s long-running collaboration with i.c.sens (first physical visit was December 2022).
London, on either side of the Germany legs, rounded out the trip.
