29 July — Invited seminar at NTU. Prof. Li-Ta Hsu delivered an invited seminar at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore — Super-Resolution GPS Receivers: A New Potential for GNSS-Based Earth Observation — drawing on the lab’s long-coherent GNSS receiver design work, building on the Yuan Luo-led 2023 PLANS Best Track Paper Award on super-resolution GPS receiver acceleration computation.
30 July — ICASSE 2025. The following day, Prof. Hsu was an invited speaker at the editors’ dialogue session of the International Conference on Aerospace System Science and Engineering (ICASSE 2025), drawing on his Associate Editor roles at NAVIGATION: Journal of the Institute of Navigation and IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems. PhD student Penghui Xu presented AI-Driven Innovations in Satellite Navigation: Overcoming Challenges for Precision and Security — extending the lab’s machine-learning-aided GNSS positioning work to robustness and security concerns.
